Promises to Children Who Obey

Preview: God’s promises are always fulfilled for His faithful children.


Scripture Reading: Matthew 19:13-30.

Memory Verse: I John 2:12.

1. Will God furnish the immediate needs of children who obey Him? John 6:35 & Ezekiel 34:15.
2. What did God promise the child who obeys his parents? Ephesians 6:2-3.
3. Will we have God’s promise of being protected if we obey, even if our parents have forsaken us? Psalm 27:10 & Psalm 121:7-8.
4. Do we have a place to go if our hearts are troubled and we have problems? Where? Proverbs 14:26 & Psalm 27:5.
5. Do we have the promise of forgiveness of sins? What must we do to earn God’s forgiveness? I John 1:9 & Matthew 6:14-15.

10. One of God’s most important promises is found in the following verses: John 11:25-26, John 4:14, John 10:28 & John 5:24.
